Originally developed by Sennelier in collaboration with Pablo Picasso, these creamy smooth artist quality Sennelier Grand Oil Pastels possess an extraordinarily high pigment content for excellent brightness, vibrancy, and light stability. They may be thinned with mineral spirits and worked with a brush.

Note that Oil Pastels should be used with an oil-compatible painting medium such as oil paint or drying medium (linseed, stand, walnut, poppy, or safflower oil), alkyd medium, or mineral spirits.
